Andiamo is a new Carpooling system developed for sharing your car with other -people who carry out your own route or seek a passage between those who make available their car.
It is a fully automated system in which supply and demand of passes are processed through virtual auction. Each user is represented by a virtual agent who handles part in the auction and, according to parameters set, competes with others for the post offered or requested for the passenger. In addition to a simple Web interface, Andiamo offers a chance to participate in the auctions through mobile phones.
